This Privacy Policy explains how Euro Nutrition Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our websites or interact with our services. This policy applies to websites and brand stores operated by Euro Nutrition Ltd, including Iron Labs Nutrition (ILN), Vivanta Nutrition, AP Nutrition and Nutriwow.

Where available, order/fulfilment data may include customer delivery or contact information needed to fulfil or support an order. We store and use access credentials/tokens securely, restrict access to authorised personnel, and may share/store this data with vetted service providers that support our hosting, analytics, reporting, and operational systems. We retain API-derived reporting data and access tokens only as long as necessary for reporting/operations and security, and delete/rotate credentials when no longer required.

Sharing

We may share personal information with trusted service providers that support our websites and operations (for example, hosting, analytics, security, and reporting providers). We may also share information where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect your information.

This section adds what ironlabsnutrition.com itself does. Everything above applies to it as well.

Forms

  • Results Guarantee claim: your name, email address, where you ordered, your order number, the product, its batch number and your reason for claiming. We use them to review and answer your claim.
  • Merch and sample request: the item you choose, your name, email address, where you ordered, your order number and your UK postal address. We use them to check and send your request. If you tick the mailing-list box, we also use your email address to send you giveaways, discounts and launches; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Each form is sent to our customer support system (Zendesk) by email, through our email delivery provider, Resend, which keeps a copy for up to 30 days so that a message that fails to arrive can be recovered. In Zendesk it is kept as described under Retention above.

Contacting us

The help page links to WhatsApp and to email. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Emails go to our customer support system (Zendesk).

Hosting, security and analytics

  • The site is hosted by Vercel. Your IP address is processed to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting how often a form or lookup can be used.
  • When you send a form, an invisible check from our hosting provider (Vercel BotID) runs in your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. It is not used to identify you.
  • We count page views and button clicks with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
  • We don't use cookies for advertising or to track you. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure, for example when checking that a visitor is not an automated program.
